Learn the ecology of play
Every keynote, training session and partnership brings the Ecology of Play into a room instead of a book. Each works differently, built for a different kind of reach.
Three ways to work together
Keynotes
A single idea, argued well, built from years in the field and the same research behind the book. Suited to conferences, in services, and the anchor session of a longer program.
Training
Where a keynote opens a room to an idea, training gives practitioners something to take back and use on Monday. Sessions are built around one part of the framework at a time, taken deep enough to shift practice, not just understanding.
Partnerships
The most holistic offer, and the one built for the long term. Partnerships work from applied design principles through to the renovation or construction of the physical environment itself, then hand practitioners the observation tools and ongoing practice that keep it alive once the build is finished: field guides, evidence profiles and practical tools built for that partner’s teams. For a group operating across more than one centre or brand, this is how one shared practice and one shared standard gets built once and carried everywhere.
The three pillars, as courses
Each pillar of the framework becomes its own course, the same three pillars from the Ecology of Play page, moving from concept into practical tool and lived outcome.
“What kids may have had in a whole forest, they’ve actually got in this small space.”
